We operate following process such as roasting, frying and candy coating with almonds, peanuts, and other nuts. Also, we handle crunching and slicing. Since our founding, we have improved processing technology and expanded equipment to meet the needs of our customers. We are working to improve our daily operations so that we can deliver higher quality products to everyone.
ALWAYS CHALLENGE OURSELVES
Our company started after the war when the founder, Masazo Komiya, focused on peanuts and quickly moved
to Sawara, a popular peanut producing area in suburb of Chiba prefecture. Since our establishment in
1952, we have been providing "delicious", "healthy" and "high quality" nuts with the support of many
people for four generations.
With food safety getting a lot of attention in recent years, we have ensured food safety with thorough
facility management and reliable technology.
In the future, as in the past, we will continue to comply with the company motto of "Gratitude for
people," "Gratitude for things," " Gratitude for the blessings of nature," and "Continue to make
products that please our customers with a smile.” We will strive to further improve our manufacturing
technology and contribute to the food and health of as many customers as possible.
THROUGHOUT HYGIENE MANAGEMENT
We outsource all hygiene management of processing lines and incoming/ outgoing warehouses in the manufacturing factory to ensure thorough management. Through many years of transactions with major confectionery manufacturers, we process and manufacture products under hygiene control in accordance with HACCP control.
